Charlie Lyttle (b. 1996) is a sound artist, composer, and aspiring music therapist from Los Angeles currently living in New York City. His work spans traditional songwriting, electronic composition, and experimental field recording.

Charlie is drawn to untraditional recording environments, analog processes, and what he calls ‘sonic facsimile,’ the process of de/re-contextualizing recorded sound through rerecording source material.

Through his practice, Charlie investigates the somatic manifestations of grief, love, and gratitude. He challenges listeners to reconsider what can be called ‘music.’He is an incoming first-year music therapy master’s student at New York University.
